Shipping Policy - TronicShells

*Where do we ship?*

We ship nationwide across South Africa, including major cities and outlying areas.

*Processing Time:*

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

*Delivery Options & Rates:*

We work with Courier Guy

- Express, 1-3 business days - R99 flat rate.

- Standard, 3-5 business days - R60 flat rate.

*How will I know my order shipped?*

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can track it on The Courier Guy / PUDO website.

*Remote Areas:*

Some outlying areas may incur an additional R50 surcharge and 1-2 extra days delivery. We will contact you if this applies.

*Damaged or Lost Parcels:*

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours at tronicshells@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
